    Can anyone give me feedback on the pottery barn water bottles

      I have two of the kids water bottles. I use it almost everyday and had no issues at all. I store it with the lid open tho because it’s attached with an elastic. Hope that helps.

      We have several different styles of PB water bottle. All have held up well. We do hand wash them though.

    Since I wanted these badly for my daughters bday party. She is a Christmas baby and they are doing a Christmas theme bday; decorating cookies etc etc and thought these would be great thank you gifts for coming to her bday etc. And I was able to call 877.812.6235. They are on back order until the end of the month but that is ok with me! They are being shipped to me as well!!

    Just got a call from my pick up store that they received a call from corporate and they’ve been told to call and cancel all orders due to the pricing being a system error… very disappointing! 🙁

      I agree. I wasn’t aware when I ordered that the price was wrong, just thought I was getting a great deal. I ordered one for my daughter and me to be a gift from our elf on the shelf to do some holliday baking together. The two others ordered were to be gifts. Very dissapointed as well. Cancelling the orders was NOT the way to handle a mess up on their end! When they called to cancel they told me they were out of stock and upon me questioning she then told me that they had them in stock but wouldn’t honor the price. It aggravates me more that the customer service rep that called lied to me in the first place. 🙁

    Terrible on the ordering process. Went to have it monogrammed took several minutes for the box to appear to type in. Then when the text box did appear finally it said “no longer available” so I assumed that meant the monogramming and checked out without it. I did in store pick up on the order but got an email later saying my order was cancelled because it says it is out of stock. Now says you can order on line for $19.96 🙁

    Very difficult ordering and when finally was able, after giving my credit card info, was told no longer available….then ordered Kids apron and went thru fine…Just received notification the advertised price on all of the aprons (adult and children) was incorrect and that all orders are in the process of being canceled and accounts credited…wasted a lot of time doing this!!!!!!!! CLUSTER!!!

    Sad to see so many orders being cancelled!!! Are they just cancelling the pick up orders? Or every order? I managed to get the red apron set with a towel and mittens at the $10 price, shipped to my house, and received an order confirmation, but now I’m wondering if they’ll cancel the shipping/warehouse orders too. Terrible way to do business! A company like this one could afford to honor the pricing error, especially when they make so much money around the holidays! I was going to get a gift card from them to add to the apron set, but if they cancel, then no way will I do that!

    I ordered one of these aprons, and when I just logged into my checking account I notice I was charged twice. I called to speak to customer service and was on hold for over half an hour. When I finally spoke to someone I was told that not only was I charged twice by mistake, but my order had been cancelled because of inventory. Ugh! I get that these deals get posted and they run out, so I’m fine with that, but to charge a customer twice for something, then cancel the order without sending out any email to notify the customer, and making them stay on hold for that long to get credited for two charges for items they didn’t even have in stock to ship is ridiculous.

    Not only was I charged three times for my order (10 aprons total), they also cancelled my order. I spoke with 3 different people today, totaling more than 2.5 hours of my time to be told by a supervisor that all orders were cancelled because of a pricing error, not being out of stock. They refused to honor the previous price even though they did it for a friend of mine who also ordered. And still have over $240 of mine not refunded. They’re making quite the reputation for themselves.

    I came on here to see if others were being affected. I just got an email that my order was cancelled due to pricing error and my money would be refunded. After trying to get the adult aprons, going through the long process of personalized info….submitting payment to then be told they were out of stock. Fine, tried to get the kids aprons, went through, got payment then today get email about canceling. They have lost me as a forever customer. I’m more pissed off at the amount of time I wasted submitting and trying over and over (trying to buy for teacher, neighbor, friend gifts) than the price savings. Who’s to know if they’d do it again. Sorry WS, I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

    I just verified I was double billed as well. Once on the day of placing the order, then again the next day?? I was refunded only once today at the time they cancelled the ordered. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and posted to William and Sonoma’s facebook page but I hope y’all will check your credit card bill because it seems this happened to many.

    Thanks for all who posted about overcharges. I was charged 3 times for the 1 order they cancelled. No refunds have been issued. Guess I’ll dispute the charges with my bank. I used to love WS products but when you steal my money I will never buy anything from them again!! Not to mention the other “mistake”. How do you explain stealing $ from your customers!

    Thank you to everyone who said they were charged multiple times. They charged my credit card twice for the same order, but after they cancelled my order only refunded my account twice. Now I have to call to get them to refund the second charge. Ugh!!

    Hey Y’all just hoping back in here to say I was also charged twice and only refunded once. Check your accounts!! The charges were on separate days for the same order. Way to go Williams Sonoma. I was already pissed off about the canceled order and the time wasted on this, now I have to waste more time trying to get refunded, again.
