Did you select “personalized” instead of “plain” before putting it in your cart? Or was there a check mark for personalization? Mine opened a pop-up window when I put it into my cart. Maybe check your pop-up blocker?

The straw is impossible to clean and the paint chipped off quite a bit. Not a fan.

I tried all of them. After you fill out everything and go to place Oder it comes up out of stock.
