ive placed more orders than i would like to admit (christmas, bday, friends having new babies, items i need) and i have already gotten 1 cant complete order email….and my last 5 havent been confirmed yet….i am wondering if they capped the VET coupon usage per acct….
My 6th and 7th orders have been rejected… spent 36mins on hold and they said more than 1 order and the code should be rejected so… LAME! But oh well
Yes I called customer service (was on hold for 45 minutes) and they said they are not allowing multiple uses of the coupon codes. They are cancelling orders now.

I had the same issue. I called customer service (45 min wait) and apparently if you place an excessive number of orders they put restrictions until you call and verify your identity. They verified me and now I can place orders again.
Yep–me, too! But in no way did they tell me I’ve used the codes too many times. (And I have used them a lot!)
I’ve made 14 orders and got confirmation emails on all of them, 2 have actually already shipped. I hope nothing gets cancelled.
When mine were cancelled, it was immediately. Like, hit the submit order button, get a confirmation on the screen, go to online purchase history, and it was already cancelled. You should be good if it states to “manage order”.
Oh wow. I’m glad that you didn’t have any problems. I did do some shopping at Kohl’s today, later I tried to place an order. It finally went through, though I haven’t gotten a confirmation, yet. I don’t even want to try and call customer service …sounds like I would be on there a while.

I have placed many orders also and 2 were cancelled right away. I tried calling a few times but after being put on hold for 50 min I gave up and hung up. They kept saying there’s no reason it should be cancelled. I just tried to place an order now and it went through!
I have placed a ton of orders and got a could not process one too. When I called in they said I had to verify my account for fraud protection. I was on a good 15 mins but she was able to process everything just fine. Multiple orders trigger the fraud department. I appreciated their awareness!

I went to shop in store today, twice actually.. there was a minimum of 50 people in line ahead of me lol.. luckily they had all the registers open. Now they have a giant flat screen at my store that pops up a big number when that register is open.. makes the line move SO much smoother.
I just tried to use vetsday which I already used 3 times Friday and now it says invalid. Every time I used it on Friday it was already listed below in my available coupons but gone now. Perhaps they are taking it away if you’ve already used it….. Bummer!
