  We have one and use it almost everyday. Love it! You don’t have to use the handles if you’re sitting with a chair with backing. We put it up and down our whole back, neck and shoulders and lean against it. I even place on the floor and put my feet on it for a foot massage 🙂

   My husband and I use this for a few minutes everyday. We love it! My only complaint is that it isn’t battery operated and you have to sit close to an outlet.
