We actually just bought this 2 weeks ago and love it! It is very firm but it’s starting to soften up. I actually prefer a firm couch because of my back issues. So yes, it’s very sturdy and well made.

I am going to buy two chairs. There was a shipping and surcharge shipping. However if you add a $6.00 lipstick, the shipping charge goes away but I still have to pay a surcharge of $30. Glad you told us about adding a cheap makeup product to get free shipping!

Furniture is subject to shipping. Shipping is calculated based on number of pieces, and starts at $99 for one piece. I once bought a modular sectional couch. Instead of one piece that is L-shaped, my sectional is in 6 separate pieces. You configure each piece to make an L shape. I was charged for delivery of 6 pieces of furniture. I think after 6 pieces, shipping is one flat rate though.

Does anyone have any experience with Macy’s “Worry No More” protection plan? It sounds great, almost too good to be true. Am considering buying a sectional from Macy’s.
The reviews for the warranty company are horrible. I’d stay away from the warranty if I were you.

Bummer. The Macy’s site says available in my zip code but the order wouldn’t go thru so I called in. The sleeper sofa is out of stock until January. Wish their site had told me this…
