I ordered from they a while back and I never received my package. So i emailed them and they responded the first time but after, they did not respond nor help me. I emailed them multiple times after but they ignored my emails. I STILL have not received a refund. Horrible customer service.

Maybe check your email thread or spam mail? I just recently ordered a skirt and I received the wrong size. I emailed them and got an answer the same day. I ordered a blush skirt I needed for that weekend but I received the wrong size; but they even accommodated my request to exchange it for the black color instead (since I had to buy a blush skirt at my local store instead and does not want to end up having two blush skirts). I think their customer service is good.

I have ordered from this store many times and the only problem i have ever had is they were out of stock on one item during one of their big clearance events. They immediately refunded the price of the item and they sent me a free pair of really cute earrings to say they were sorry. I still wear them, and I thought it was a very nice gesture!
