Starbucks Reward Members: Possible FREE Handcrafted Drink w/ ANY Purchase Offer

Calling all Starbucks Fans!

If you are a Starbucks Reward member, check your inbox or the Starbucks app for a possible offer to score a FREE Handcrafted Drink when you purchase any drink or food item at Starbucks between today, November 24th through November 26th. Just be sure to pay with your registered Starbucks Card/App.

Note that the email will be coming from with the subject line “Tomorrow’s order: Free handcrafted drink“.

The coupon for a free handcrafted drink will load to your account within 24 hours and will be valid for 7 days after you make a qualifying purchase (just check the pay tab in the app or ask your barista to use it). To get the best deal, consider purchasing an inexpensive food item or a small coffee to earn the FREE drink coupon.

      My husband and I drink WAY too much Starbucks as well. Check the inbox on the sbux app as someone above suggested. We never get these email offers either, and we both had the same coupon in our inbox.

It was on my app. Also have a star dash for a holiday drink/breakfast item/tea (150 stars) AND 10 bonus stars w purchase after 11am ANd 2 purchase for 20 star/4 purchase for 50 stars ANd this free drink w purchase. It’s rare Starbucks has overlapping deals! Oh, I also bought a Sbux GC at Kroger for 4x fuel points 🙂

    Has anyone seen the free drink show up? I had the promotion on my app, bought a coffee yesterday and I’m almost at the 24 hr mark, but don’t have any extra rewards or seen any special coupon show up. I’m wondering if anyone has seen it and can tell me how it shows up on your account. Thanks!

And now the offer isn’t even popping up anymore in the app so I can’t even check the details again or prove that I even had the offer.

      You didn’t have to click anything. If it was in the app, then it’s still on your account. Just make the purchase and it should work.

    Same here. Made the purchase on the first day and it’s been over 24 hours. Nothing. I even asked at a store today and the baristas had no idea what I was talking about… felt dumb and desperate for free coffee… I can’t help myself…

    ***For anyone who purchased a drink over 24hrs ago and did not receive the coupon for the free drink: I called Starbucks customer service and immediately got through to a representative who verified my purchase from two days ago and added the free drink to my card in less than 5 minutes. The number to call is: 1-800-782-7282

      Thanks, just called the 1-800 number, waited for about 15 minutes before spoke with the Rep, she verified my purchases and loaded 125 stars to my card within 5 minutes.

    I sent Starbucks an email yesterday about this and they added 125 stars to my account which is the equivalent of one free item. This was clearly a glitch in their system and anyone who hasn’t received the reward should also reach out to them.

    OMG I thought I was going crazy. I received an email as well as a message in my inbox in the Starbucks app. I made a purchase yesterday and now there is no trace of the offer anywhere and no coupon! It’s like they sent the offer in error and later decided to delete it from existence. I will be calling Starbucks. Thanks to all!

    I called and the rep said the official word is that it will load 24 hours after the promotion ends. It ends today, so we shall see. If it’s not there, bet I will call again lol!

    Screwed by Starbucks! Didn’t get anything free and bought venti lattes every day of offer, Nov. 24, 25, 26. It disappeared from my message box today and I did not delete it myself. So wrong!

      Same here! I bought a drink yesterday, and when the coupon didn’t show up, I looked in my email inbox and Starbucks app, and the offer had disappeared from both!

        Same thing happened to me. I emailed Starbucks yesterday (11/26) and today I was credited 125 stars to my account, which is equivalent to one free item. If you don’t receive your credit today, I would recommend calling or emailing their Customer Service Department.

This experience sounds truly disappointing especially when every star brings you that much closer to your next Reward. I know I would be disappointed as well.

      I can see that you are a frequent customer who consistently earns exceptional rewards by using their Starbucks Card, so I want to get you back up and running towards earning your next Reward! If you will, I need for you to look at the PAY section of your app and tell me if you see the free beverage coupon in that section. We have been having alot of issues with noone receiving their coupon in the normal space on the app but mine was in my PAY section. I was just curious if this happened with your as well.

      I really appreciate you being a loyal Starbucks customer so I am going to go ahead and add 125 Bonus Stars to your account today for the free beverage. It usually takes up to 24 hours for these Stars to reflect on your account.

    I purchased a drink on Saturday and still didn’t get the reward so I emailed Starbucks customer service this afternoon, and got a reply late afternoon saying they’d put the one free drink reward within 48 hours. I checked my app and it’s there! 🙂

    Pretty pissed it’s not just me. I just emailed Starbucks customer service, but what about all the people that did this promotion that didn’t even check for the free drink or forgot about it? Shame on you, Starbucks. You should be giving us all TWO FREE DRINKS for wasting our time and not running this promotion correctly.

    What counts as handcrafted? I had a coupon that required purchasing a handcrafted beverage, but I was told the cotton candy Frappuccino I ordered was not handcrafted. So I don’t know what’s handcrafted and what’s not. Can anybody who knows clarify?
