Hi Kristy P…These are great for wearing around the home. However, they don’t do well when driving and sitting for long periods in a car.
I’ve only used this on my lower back. This is not made to be used for your neck. At any rate, this is an outstanding price. If you use it and you’re not satisfied, you can always return it!
