Awesome deal. Anyone have a recommendation of a scent they love?

    • Sonya

Seattle smells like your corner coffee house!!!

    • Rachel

      Marshmallow fireside. My favorite!

  2. R

I love candles, thanks for this deal! Yesterday I saw a unique candle in a tiny cast iron skillet at dollar general.

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

      You’re welcome!

  3. Jennifer

Isn’t the annual 3 wick sale this Saturday?

    • Jenn

Do you know what the annual 3 wick candle deal is?

    • Lindsey

Yes! I was told dec 2 Saturday for the $5 3 wick candles. I am waiting for it to stock up!!

      • Shawna

Is it for all the 3 wick candles? 5$

      • Lindsey

I think with coupons being used it comes out to roughly $5 a candle when all is said and done. The $10 off $30

        • Shawna

Where do I get this coupon at? Anyone have an email they can forward me?

          • Mari

If you get their emails, they sent out a 20% off, it expires dec 1 but they have a 3 day grace period per their corporate policy…..

      • ET

I heard it was $8.95 but with coupons in store you can get it for lower.

        • Brittany

It’s always the second Saturday in Dec. 2 yrs ago they were $8, last year they were $8.50 so $8.95 this year wouldn’t surprise me. If the price is $8.95, buy 5 candles for a total of $44.75 and use the $15 off $40 coupon that is a mailer. So total would be $5.95 per candle.

    • K

Verified with my local store Saturday Dec 2 for $8.95. Use any coupons you have to lower OOP

      • Brittany

^^ oops I stand corrected. The candles are the first Saturday and the $2.50 hand soaps are the second Saturday in dec.

        • Amy

They had the $2.50 hand soap 2 weeks ago. Unless they’re doing it again….

          • Laura

I really hope the hand soaps are going on sale again! I missed the sale a few weeks ago!

  4. Sarah

Does anyone know if there are additional scents available for the 1 wick candles in-store? There are not that many options online. Thanks!

    • Sue

Yes, they have some additional scent options in the store… but not too many. I wish they had the Fireside Marshmallow in this size too, but they don’t:(

  5. Jess

The 3 wick candles will be 8.95 this Saturday.

    • Mama

Thanks! I figured they would be around $8.50 or so…

  6. Kendra

I hope they are $5! Cos I heard they are $8.95

    • Lindsey

Maybe it’s 8.95 but with the coupons it comes to roughly $5 a candle I believe.

  7. Karen

The last time this deal happened I went in store ready to stock up on candles. They had a ton of scents and they were so horrible I left the store empty handed. I’m pretty easy to please when it comes to candles but these were honestly just gross.

    • Kelly

      They are $8.95

    • L

Their candles are gross, I agree. They don’t burn like how they smell in the jar. I find them to be very artificial smelling.

    • Rachel

I always get winter or marshmallow fireside. I get compliments every time anyone comes over. I have tried a few others but these are pretty much all I stock up on now.

      • Laura

I’m going to try marshmallow fireside this year! I hear nothing but great things about it!

      • Wickerone

Marshmallow Fireside is great! It smells just like roasting marshmallows!

  8. Shawna

Do anyone have the $10 off $30 coupon for instore?

    • Brittany

Google $10 off $30 in store coupon and I found one.

      • K

My B&BW told me they won’t take the online coupons anymore. Only the emailed coupons or mailers. They used to have a contract with Retailmenot but not any longer.

  9. Jess

That is correct about the coupons. No longer accept Retail me Not coupons.

    • Christine

Anyone know if they still email coupons? I heard not. I recently signed up for mailing list, but it takes around 6 – 8 weeks

      • Mari

Yes i just got coupons emailed to me the other day. Fyi you can use expired coupons i emailed corporate they have a 3 day grace period

  10. Jess

They do email coupons if you are on the mailing list, these are what the store accepts or mailer coupons.

  11. AMBER

Sweet Pea is amazing and doesn’t give me a headache like some scents do! It’s light and sweet instead of heavy and musty.

  12. Jane

I see B&BW coupons from Retailmenot posted here all the time….. Is rthere a way to let them know they are no longer valid?

  13. Stormy

Has anyone done today’s single wick five dollar deal in store and used a coupon? I’m wondering because sometimes these daily deals are only valid with an online code and then you can’t use another coupon as well. Thanks for letting me know if you went in the store and shop this way. I appreciate it.

    • Kerri

I just bought 3 in-store for $12 something. The sign said no coupons accepted but the cashier took my 20% off coupon with no questions asked:)

      • ET

I’m surprised your store had signs stating no coupons since the email actually mentioned take 20% off in addition to the sale price.

        • Kerri

I was too 🙂 but I asked and she told me it’s standard for signs due to some of the sales needing a code in order to get the sale price so another offer cannot be used. In this case, no coupon was needed for the sale price.

    • Sheila

      Stormy,
I went in the store and bought 6 single wicks for $5 each. I used my $10/$30 coupon and the Free item (I got a snowflake wallflower plug) coupon.

      • Stormy

        Ok…thank you so much!!

    • maureen73

Yes, I did. I got 6 candles for $20 in store using the couple.

  14. Brenda

So most of these candles smell horrid. I was able to find 4 scents out of what my store had that didn’t make me wanna gag. Nonetheless I handled some Christmas gifts for obligatory gifts. Probably not something to stock up on for personal use.

    • ET

The single scent ones are fine. (balsam, lemon, currant, cranberry, etc.) Some of the other ones I agree smell pretty bad.

      • Amy

I don’t like the sweet scents. Almost sickeningly sweet. Mahogany teakwood and balsam are my favorites. Winter is a nice “Christmasy” scent.

  15. Jane

    Thanks!

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

      You’re welcome Jane!

  16. Shelley P

I was able to make it in-store late today and pick up 8 for $32 with the 20% off coupon. I was surprised they still had any left but not a lot. I really wanted a few of the “It’s not a puppy, sorry!” labeled candles but they were all out 🙁 I’m happy I could get some though! These are great for gifts or using in smaller rooms. Thanks so much for sharing!!
