That happened to me and I called shutterfly the next day and they adjusted my order
Joyce, I was on chat with 2 rep for over 45 minutes. 1st one credit me the amount but it disappear again as I was checking out. Second out refuses to credit me back the full promotion amount and only gave me partial credit that didn’t cover my entire order. Thanks Eyez for the $25 offer but I have this too and was not enough to cover the latte cup for $39.99.
