I just ordered 2 Nintendo 2ds and an iPad today on target.com!!!! Like $600 I spent. Should I cancel that order and do it again tomorrow?? Will I really save $20 x6?

    • Kristin

I would be willing to bet that Nintendo and Apple products will be exclusions. If they are included, though, that would be awesome.

    • Ola

Most likely the items you bought will be coupon excluded, but if not, i think you should return and rebuy or contact cs for a refund for the coupon

    • Heidi

      Apple excluded.

    • Shelby

      They are excluded.

  2. Heather

Can you use the toy coupon with the green Monday together?

  3. Heather

Nm sorry didnโ€™t read the whole post

  4. Patty

Can Anyone please help? Can you tell me if Legos are excluded from the Toy deal? I am trying to get the discount and my basket has more that $50.00 and the discount is not coming down.. Thank you so much for helping. ๐Ÿ˜

    • IโคCats

Unfortunately LEGO is excluded from discount ๐Ÿ™

      • Angela

        Yes. It excludes LEGO.

      • Patty

        Thank You!

  5. Diana

What time zone will 12/11 go live in? Midnight Pacific Time? (wondering b/c I’m in Hawaii and would love to get a little late night shopping done – ha!)

  6. Kelley

You can chat now and see about exclusions. Just found out Lego is excluded. ๐Ÿ™

    • IโคCats

Lego are excluded from greenday $20 off $100 in post??

      • Kelley

Yes, that’s what they told me. โ˜น๏ธ

  7. MarsDinosaur

I just did the “Chat Now” and this is what they said for exclusions: Discount applied in cart at checkout. Excludes LEGO items, Wellie Wishers, Exploding Kittens games, Card Against Humanity games, Joking Hazard games and Kamigami.
Sidney: It will start at 02:00 Am CST.

    • MarsDinosaur

Altho as I’m looking at that list those all seem to be toy-specific so I’m wondering if the rep gave me wrong info and gave me the toy promo exclusions instead even tho I specifically asked for the $20 off $100 deal starting Monday.

      All the good stuff basically

    • Danielle

      Milk? ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

      • Queenofeverything

I was thinking the same exact thing!

      • MommySpendsLess

Many states have laws prohibiting discounts/etc. on milk. I believe it has something to do with preventing the large dairy farms from monoploizing the local market and/or undercutting smaller farms to put them out of business. Rather than make a list of different retrictions for each state, I’m sure it was easier for Target to exclude milk across the board.

  9. Mandym

Ring 2 not excluded. ๐Ÿ™Œ Glad I waited to buy!

  10. stateofmaine

great deal! thank you Collin and crew! i got three 100oz tides, three eight-packs of 160ct kleenex, three bounty eight-pack giant rolls, four bottles of 121oz clorox, and the curtain rod i needed. target is sending me three $10 gift cards for the tide, bounty and kleenex purchase. i paid with $20 in gift cards i got from entering five coke codes ($5 per five coke codes) so i ended up paying $92. target deducted the $20 for a purchase over $100. i also paid with paypal which was offering me a $10 rebate on a purchase of $100 so i expect to get even more back from paypal. fantastic deal on stuff i really needed. thanks for helping me to save money!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Wow! Glad you could snag such great savings! You are SO welcome!

  11. jeanne

  12. Luv2shop

Unrelated heads up, just saw Fingerlings Monkeys on ebay for $30.00 & that Classic Nintendo for $125.00 best prices Iโ€™ve seen, besides store prices when you can find them.

    • coolrocks

A lady in my local sales page here on fb is trying to sell fingerlings for $40 … ๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜‘.. talk about up charge..smh

  13. Ashley

    What is Green Monday?

    • Megann

Something about saving money โ€œgreenโ€ before Christmas/holidays

  14. tctbtob

Sometimes it pays to not be able to sleep through the night (thank you hot flashes)! I was able to stock up on 4 mega packs of Charmin, 3 Bounty, 2 Finish and 4 bottles of Dove shampoo & conditioner. Paid $84.54 after the $20 came off and will be getting back $35 in gift cards. Thank you HIP2SAVE for the heads up and making not being able to sleep a bit less frustrating today!!!

    • K

I wondered about the finish, cottonelle, all, etc promo. When does the $20 come off? In over $100 in my cart and not seeing the discount. I also have up and up feminine pass in my cart… Are they excluded?

    • Meghan

I was thinking the same thing! We have a newborn, so interrupted nighttime sleep has had its benefits for shopping! ๐Ÿ™‚

    • Amy

Thanks!! I just ordered cottonelle, bounty, and enough essentials to get $35 gift cards! We need all of that any way. Helps to get a great deal!

  15. kslay20

Got an Amazon Echo in addition to some other things on my list!๐Ÿ˜Š

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Oh awesome! Glad to hear it!

  16. Queenjen87

I did two ps4 games and got the $50 gift card back!! 92.04 oop with tax ( cheaper one was sold out.) paid with my 10% off gift cards and got $50 back ๐Ÿ˜‰

    • Joyce

That’s awesome, how did you get the $50 gc back?

      • Queenjen87

There was a post yesterday about the video games. Wby 2 select ones you get a $50 gift card.

    • Katy

I canโ€™t get video games to work. Did you do anything special?

  17. Emily

Does the $20 come off automatically or do they send it in the form a gift card?

    • Mandym

      Automatically which is very nice!

  18. Katiefal

Kindle paper white is on sale and is NOT excluded! Woo-hoo! Out of stock online though – have to do in-store pickup.

  19. NV

Just note, like with other coupon promos from Target, you have to spend $100 AFTER all promos are applied. This includes promotional GC offers. So if you take advantage of the “Buy 3 Charmin, get a $10 GC” promo (for example), you will have to spend $110 because Target considers that $10 Promo GC to be a deduction from the $100 total (so, in essence, you’re only spending $90 if you are getting a $10 promo card back). I put 2 promos in my cart that would give me $20 back in GCs so I had to spend $120 to get the $20 off $100 to apply.

    • Mandym

That wasn’t true for me. I bought the Ring 2 @$199 with $50 GC promo. I added $2 lip balm to get the second $20 off $100.

    • Jessica L.

That wasn’t true for me either. On the stuff we the promos, you can’t put the item on subscription to get the extra 5% off. At least, it didn’t work for me. Once I took the subscription off it worked.

      • NV

Interesting! Thanks for the correction. No matter how I worked my cart it wouldn’t work for me. Bummer. I still saved 17% overall vs. 20% so I guess I can’t complain! But weird that it just wouldn’t work for me unless I got to the $120

        • cc

Me too…I bet other ppl works because they are not only doing the Buy 3 Charmin, get a $10 GC . For me only deal items in the cart, so I need to get up to $120 in order to make $100 off $20 work!!.

    • Alissa

This wasn’t true for me. I have 3 items that qualify for the $10 GC, my subtotal is $100.07 and it took the $20 off.

  20. jishmo

So much is excluded. : (

  21. Jill

I was able to get 4 Tide detergents, 2 mega toilet papers, 2 Boxes of bounce, and a big paper towels. Total came to $104. Got 20$ off that. Plus 30$ in gift cards on top of that. Had 5$ gift card from coke rewards (enter 5 codes). It worked very easily! Only got because I read all your comments! So thank you!!!๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

What a great score Jill! You are SO welcome!

    • JW

Can you post exactly what you got.. as in which tides, was it pods or liquid? I added what you listed above and it is not applying the 20 off but just the gift card promotions… Thanks!

      • Jill

I got 100 oz tide liquid. The 20$ off promotion applied automatically for me as soon as I reached 100$. Hope that helps! Good luck!

        • merissa

What is the deal for the giftcards? I don’t see that anywhere..thanks in advance ๐Ÿ™‚

  22. braydendsmommy

I wish this was in store purchases too. I really need to baby wipes and food today. My two year old son eats like a teenager.

    • Sol

      Maybe try store pick up?

  23. Nell

    No toys ๐Ÿ™
I had the rest of my shopping list queued up in my cart along with some new work clothes, a book, and a movie… Oh well!

  24. Rebecca

Thanks for the reminder! I got 3 tide detergents, 3 packs of charmin toilet paper, 3 packs of bounty paper towels, and a 56oz bottle of palmolive for around $82, plus I got 3 $10 giftcards, so $52 after all is said and done!

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

      SWEET! You’re welcome Rebecca!

  25. Skie Gremillion

Do the cartwheel coupons come off also when ordering Tide? Learning a lot from you ladies! Thanks!

    • Amanda

I was wondering the same thing, I have a big item I would like to get if that works.

      • Skie Gremillion

Doesnโ€™t look like you can online, just in store, but the 10.00 gift card on 3 items still comes out to a great deal. Just ordered over 100.00 of mix and match household items and with the 20.00 off 100.00 plus three 10.00 dollar gift cards it was essentially 50% off. Also used my Discover card which gave me 5% cash back!

  26. Any

There is a $5 gift card with the purchase of 3 SudPrize Fizzy Bath Balls. The bath balls are $4.99 each but they have good reviews and will be cute stocking stuffers. Bath bombs are so popular right now and my kiddos will love these. Just wanted to share in case anyone else is looking for kid bath bombs.

  27. b

I have a Target $10 gc with $50 purchase up for trade and looking for amazon, macys, target, VS or other.(no shutterfly or Vs rewards please) btrz08@yahoo.com

    • Sheila

I have a $15 off $45 VS coupon if you’d like to trade!

  28. Suzanne H

Love this deal! Got 3 Bountys, 3 Cottonelles, winter napkins/plates (need for son’s school party), Starbucks Kcups (for Xmas guests) and 1 Fiji water (on sale/to get over $100). Had $30 in gift cards, paid $52 and will get back $20 in gift cards.

  29. Jen K

Do you think there will be any potential problems paying with the Target gift cards purchased for 10% off on Dec 3rd? Thanks.

    • Julianna

No, there shouldn’t be any issue using those gift cards, they are just like any other.

    • Crystal

I used my gift cards from the 10% sale no problem. Max of 4 giftcards per order.

    • Jen K

      That’s great, thank you! ๐Ÿ™‚

  30. Karis

If anyone didn’t already buy a Cozmo robot and is still looking, it’s not excluded and this sale brings the price to about $125 after tax which is the best I’ve seen. Figures that it’s three days after I bought one! Lol

  31. Miriam

Used this toward Up and Up diapers, which came out to 10 cents each after the 20% discount. Added other necessities like Bounty paper towels and Charming toilet paper ($10 gift card back!) and a few other things to hit $100. What a deal!

  32. Anelia Bruce

Per Katherine today, I am due a price adjustment in order ##9018085808592. She said she explained it in case # 30085111. Can the price be adjusted now? Thank you. Anelia Bruce

I am ordering the Red Dead Redemption game and a comforter. Total is over $100. Not getting the $20 off, does anyone know why? The game is a not hardware. Chatted with Target and they said since this is where I found the offer they can not honor it. And link does nothing but take me to the website. I see this offer on nothing from Target at all. Anyone else have it?
