I’m not positive about Target but many of the stores have an actual return value for the items less the discount it’s distributed throughout all the items
I had been waiting till today to get the Nintendo DS so I could take advantage of this promo… wouldn’t you know – must be excluded. I think it’s funny how sometimes these items are “toys” and sometimes “electronics”… whichever suits Target 😤

Just stocked up on all my cleaning and not fun household purchases! Perfect timing! I always wait for a deal of sorts to buy that kind of stuff so I never pay full price. I’m not brand loyal to much so I finagle the deal to get as close to exactly $100 and then used a $15 giftcard. So only paid $68 oop!
What a great offer! I was able to get three bottles each of Tide and Downey. Three bags of Starbucks coffee for the $5.99 price when you buy three. Two double packs of Clorox toilet bowl cleaner and two bags of M&Ms. My total came to just over $100. After the $20 off promotion, I used $20 in gift cards I got for previous purchases which brought my total to $64 and they will be sending another $20 in gift cards!

I’m not sure if it’s worth the hassle but if you bought a random $100 item(s) might need to be target only items and attempted a return without receipt then would you get a target gift card or cash that you could buy smaller gift cards with?
