My daughter was given this brush and the one thing that’s frustrating about it is that the on/off and temp buttons are on the side. When using the brush these buttons will get pushed and the temp will vary.

Also this thing runs way too hot to put your hand on the other side of it! 😅😅😅😅

I figured that if after I set the temp, I push the power button for a second, this locks the temp. It wasn’t in the instructions, just found that out by accident.
Yes! I actually like the brush but the button gives me the blues!

I so wanted this brush to work! My daughter wanted one for Christmas last year, got this one when a “hot deal”, but alas it just doesn’t work. Too hot to hold, too heavy to handle, and took too much time to straighten hair. You get what you pay for in this instance. Thank you for all the deals otherwise, ladies!!!! Love Hip2Save!!!!!

I do not recommend this. It didn’t do a thing to straighten mine or my daughter’s hair. It ended up being a waste if money.
Frustrating, don’t they do any kind of testing on these things? They could change where the switches are to make them less apt to change settings.

Terrible. I got one last year and it doesn’t straighten the straightest hair. Worst product
I ordered this and did not like it. I have hair on the fine, straight but fizzy side. I felt like it tore at my hair…and didn’t really do much for me. I gave it to my sister who has super thick hair to try.

I guess I’m in the minority, but I love mine! I have thick, wavy hair and it makes it sleek and straight. I’ve received many compliments when I’ve used it.

I bought a similar one, different brand last month when it was posted. I agree, button location need to be re-designed. I have thin, blonde, wavy-ish hair, and it does not work for me. I do think it would work well for people w/ thicker hair though.
