We got this mattress a couple weeks ago and we absolutely LOVE it! Recommended by a friend and we are so glad we didn’t spend a bunch of money on a different mattress.
I bought this mattress several months ago on Amazon on the recommendation of other family members. It is more comfortable than my expensive pillow top mattress. Very easy set up.
I bought this about 6 months ago when it was posted on here for about $240. I can’t remember exactly but nonetheless I purchased it because of the satisfaction guarantee and I am really picky with mattresses. Well here I am 6 months later and still love it and it seems to be holding up extremely well! And no it does not heat up or at least I have not noticed. For anyone on the fence about this, I say go for it! You can not go wrong with the Zinus Green Tea 🙂

Sorry I have to ask- what kind of box spring should I buy if I buy this? Or there’s no need for a box spring? Just place on a platform bed? Any deals on platform beds like the one in the pic or one with storage underneath maybe?

You don’t need a box spring, but you can put it on one if you already have one & want to. We kept ours.
You do not need a box spring, just a platform frame.
We bought this mattress in king size maybe 6 months ago and both me and my husband love it. It’s the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. It is firm enough to support your body but soft enough to be really comfortable.

We got the 12″ a few months ago. My husband loves firm mattresses, and loved it right away. I however took a while to get used to it. I sleep on my stomach a lot, and used a thin pillow at the time, and was getting a lot of neck pain, from just how firm it is. I did switch pillows & eventually got used to it & am very happy with it now. It’s hard to explain the firmness…you will sink in it when you kneel on it, step on it, sit on edges, etc. But laying down on it, you won’t, at least to such a dramatic degree. I do think after a few months, it has softened a tiny bit(which I’m happy about). If you play around throwing kids (or a spouse lol) on the bed, beware that it’s not going to be a soft landing for your head/neck. And if you plan on having any “relations”(cough cough) on this mattress, know that it’s a little harder to switch positions lol. This is our first memory foam mattress, so this might be common knowledge to a lot of folks.

I bought this about 6 months ago also when it was on Hip2Save and just about everyone who sits on it compliments me about it and asks where and how much….I was skeptical at first and gave it a 90 day trial and here we are 6 months later…I love it and so far holding up well! We’ve had the 12″ one for about 2 months now and love it. For the price we figured it was worth a shot. We may end up getting another for our guest bedroom.

I have the queen with matching sinus 14 inch platform bed frame and it looks awesome and is so comfortable. I highly recommend and wish I wouldn’t haven’t spent 275 on it 4 months ago!

I own this mattress and love it. But a warning I like to wash the mattress case regularly. The inner matters casing is made of a fiberglass cloth! If you get any tears of holes in it (which is very easy to do) your room will fill with fiberglass hairs! This makes for a very itchy sleep as the hairs will settle over the coarse of a few days. Lots of vacuuming and cleaning

I’ve had this mattress for about 2 weeks now and am getting used to it. I totally agree with Lacy’s review a little further up. I bought a bamboo mattress cover for ours, which I’m glad I did, bc my son wasted coffee on it and not a drop got on my mattress. I’m not used to the firmness of this mattress but it’s nice and I’m getting more acquainted with it and really liking it so far.
The bamboo mattress cover I bought was only $19 when I bought it and it worked like a charm.
We also bought this mattress about month ago. The first night I didn’t like it because it was to firm for me. After 3 days of sleeping on the new mattress I realized my morning back pain was gone!!! I still think it’s a bit firm but waking up pain free is worth it!!!! Thank you for sharing the deal and for everyone that added reviews!!
I have had this mattress for almost a week now and love it! It is firm, but comfortable, unlike other firm spring mattresses that give me back and hip pain. Also, it stays cool. I was getting night sweats (gross, I know!) with my old mattress. Not an issue with the Zinus mattress.
So I went ahead and finally purchased this. I also purchased the frame and an above referenced mattress cover. Just under $300 plus tax delivered.
We bought this mattress and 18-inch bed frame on Prime Day — after a deal posted on Hip2Save – for my son’s apartment at college. He loves it – says it’s the best mattress ever! The bed frame was extremely easy to assemble, is very sturdy and has amazing storage underneath. Thank you Hip2Save!!
