Off topic, I did a great deal yesterday at DSW, so basically I purchased 3 pairs of expensive shoes for $200 and added coupons MYHOLIDAY and GOGREEN , each coupon took off $60. So, I paid $89. (Nike, adidas, ugg excluded) My order has shipped today, so I think it was not a glitch.
MYHOLIDAY coupon is good for select DSW reward members, but they are stackable. ( I found great leather Lauren handbags, ecco shoes, Adrienne Vittadini boots, New Balance sneakers, and socks, it worked on these brands)

I bought some shoes online from adidas as a gift 2 weeks ago, but they were bigger than expected. So I made a trip to a crowded mall 40 minutes away from me since that is the nearest adidas store to me and I needed the money back that day, only for them to tell me I couldn’t return them because they don’t sell that COLOR at that store so I can only return by mail. Nowhere on adidas website does it state that. I tried calling adidas before leaving the mall and was told my wait would be 30 minutes to speak to someone I waited a while but eventually gave up as I was in a hurry. Also on adidas website it states that during peak season a return would take 15 BUSINESS DAYS After they receive the order back to refund my money. What a nightmare!!
Hmmm that’s weird, maybe that store just didn’t want to process the return. I returned a few items I had ordered at my closest adidas outlet this past weekend and didn’t have any issues even though the store didn’t carry any of the items I was returning. Done the same with sneakers in the past
Yeah I should have asked to talk to the manager it seemed weird but I figured well that just must be their policy the guy was polite about it but I really should have asked 😒

Has anybody received their order yet?? I ordered on the 13th when this deal popped up. It’s been a week, but it doesn’t look like my order has even shipped yet : (. I was really planning on giving these as an xmas gift, but I’m worried that I won’t get them in time.
Mine haven’t shipped. I spent over an hour on hold and all I got was that they would forward my inquiry to their warehouse. Their site said delivery by Christmas for orders placed by the 15th but I don’t think that is going to happen. =(
