I bought one off craigslist for $175, came with a game too. Used, but it works great and cost half the price
There are no deals on the switch itself 🙁 I waited until Black Friday hoping there was something and nope lol so I had to buy it full price!
The best deal I could figure out on the switch was, I had some gift cards from target for buying multiples of items. Then, target had a promo on their gift cards, 10% off. I bought 300$ and saved 30$. So, I saved in total 65$ on the switch because I also used my red card to get 5% off.
Maybe this idea might help you get a little crafty in trying to find a way to save something?!?!
Can you please share the breakdown? Target recently updated their calculations so red card discount fo 5% gets applied on actual amount being charged on that card and not on total purchase amount. So for example. if you used 50$ gift cards towards purchase of 300$ item, red card discount applies only to 250$ not full 300$.

Only buy another joy con controller if you want to play with 4 players. Hope that helps
Yes, also wanting to know why you need an extra set. Is this to make it 2 player or 4 player? I’ve tried to find answers but haven’t had any luck.
The system comes with one controller which is the 2 joy cons. Each player can use a joy con to play. If you want 4 players you need to buy another controller. 2 controllers= 4 joy cons hope that helps!
