    Just an fyi…I sent in the last deal.

    Well 10 days later…one of my items arrived so I checked on the others….they say CANCELED.

    NO EMAIL…NOTHING AND THEY COULD HAVE LET E NOW WHEN MY ONE THING SHIPPED SO I COULD GET SOMETHING ELSE…OY.

      I called and told customer service to let whoever is in charge know how upset I was. She said I got a call and an email saying my items were cancelled. I NEVER got anything… only an email saying it was back ordered. I WAS that customer that “ripped them a new one” I told them it’s curtesy to email a customer if the item is no longer available and discontinued so they ARE NOT waiting like idiots for their items. Long story short… I’m boycotting them for a while… I know I am just one customer, but what if the items I had ordered were gifts!? I would had been screwed!!! Ok I’m done…

    Beware. Last time cabelas deals posted I made 2 orders with a total of 8 items- all listed as “in stock” They cancelled 5. And they don’t even bother to email you to tell you. I had to go to their Website and log in to see that they had been cancelled.

      Ordered 15 items. 3 arrived. 1 shipped. 11 cancelled. No email and I set up an account so there is no reason they shouldn’t have contacted me. Disappointed.

    FYI – CABELAS was recently acquired by former competitor Bass Pro Shops. I’m not sure if or when changes will take place.

    My orders were cancelled also. They don’t seem to update the website so it looks like items are available and even let’s you order them.

      Ditto. I would have ordered something else so now I have to run out and get somethin because not even an email. I ad to log in to see CANCELED. not sure if they charged me…

    Ditto on the cancelled order posts. Sent me a backorder notice, waited 15 days to call for update and was told my order was cancelled! The cancellation date was the day BEFORE they sent the backorder notice. Very disappointed, not for the cancellation, but the lack of communication.

      I was looking for an email saying if my order was coming.
      2 of 3 shirts I ordered for my sister were canceled.
      Now I have to make sure the money is put back in my account.😡

      And my mom got my dad crocs and my niece a hat.
      The crocs were canceled.
      And the hat was sorted incorrectly so it will be a couple days more. 😡

    Fyi…

    So…I called my bank on the canceled order.

    THEY charged me December 12th the full amount…then when it shipped they charged me again just for what shipped…
    Fyi…
    SO I called Cabelas who swear the first initial charge is a hold and should come off. That was from the 12th and it hasn’t come off. SUPER disatisfied. DON’T charge me or hold my money if you don’t Ave it and it even let me know. I feel that’s very unscrupulous. FIRST and last time dealing with them….and I sent in the deal so I feel really bad.

      Im having the same issue as well. Ordered and they deducted twice, I’m keeping an eye on my statement to make sure 1 charge is cleared. I’m hoping this is just due to the holiday demands and not anything shady.

      Same here. They said it was just pending on my cancelled order but I’ll be sure to keep an eye on it.

    Yes, I have had a similar situation as others with this company:/ I ordered 3 items before Thanksgiving. I did receive 1 item. However the other 2 never shipped. I called and they are telling me that one item is still on backorder and the other had been cancelled. Which is fine, but at least let me know so I’m not waiting on it!!!

    I ordered recently from Cabelas and had no issues. My order shipped. 1 item is not here yet (sheets) but it is out for delivery today. I did the hoodie and also a realtree type zip up jacket and stuff. I had no issues.

    I ordered a bunch of stuff last time too, got the sheets, merrell shoes and fishing shirts but all the north face items were cancelled and they were gifts. They shouldn’t have let me order if they were out of stock. Cabela’s sucks and I will be letting everyone know.
