Samsung site was having problems went to Amazon and their special edition blue and black was $24.99 and I paid 3.99 to get one day shipping. I am a prime member so I do not know how much shipping would be without Prime.

I bought one for our S8’s but returned it. They’re not really fast charging.
I keep getting the error as well. I even tried changing from a debit card to using my PayPal and the same error occurs.
This is a waste of money. It charges slower then a regular fast charger. It can be temperamental if you don’t place your phone in the correct spot, which makes the stand version worst then the flat version. Plus it didn’t last, I had to redeem the warranty on it. Which I only did because I had a problem with my USB port so I couldn’t use a traditional charger. I would not recommend.
I ordered this exact charger the last time it was on sale at this price on Amazon. It does NOT charge at the fast speed for my Galaxy S7!! It charges alright, but at the regular, slower speed. Since I enjoy the feature where u can lay your phone on top of the charger, and not have to plug in a cord to charge it, I’m willing to put up with the slower speed! I use this charger on my desk at my workplace
What makes this charger so strange is that even though it’s made by Samsung, it DOESN’T fast-charge Samsung phones! It works on non-Samsung phones. Go figure!
I bought mine at Amazon though and only paid like $18. I use at night so my phone becomes a clock. Maybe it is a little slower but I don’t need fast charging during the night so works perfect for me and my battery is never hot like my fast charger makes it.
I’m reading everyone’s comments about this not being able to fast charge and that’s really not a bad thing. You should always choose slow charge over fast charge because fast charge reduces the lifetime of your battery. You should also wait to charge until the battery dies to charge it again. This will extend it’s life. If this isn’t possible, at least wait until the battery is almost dead. And don’t leave your rechargeable devices plugged in all the time because it doesn’t do anything good to the battery, so unplug them once they’re done charging. This is also a good idea to prevent your devices from burning up.
