Thank you for mentioning the states where this Cartwheel offer isn’t valid. It is very frustrating to see a good deal here and then remember that all Cartwheel dairy offers aren’t valid in Louisiana.
It is also not valid in ID, MN, and ND. There are usually more excluded states listed in the fine print of the offer than in the title details. Sometimes it only applies to CA, LA, and NV.
There was a Cartwheel offer for Bomb Pops that also wasn’t valid in the same states as this offer. Only one flavor of Bomb Pops contains milk, but the offer still wasn’t valid on the flavors without milk.
I have only seen one exception to the dairy exclusion. It was an offer for one particular form of cheese. I just can’t remember which one.
