My husband purchased glasses from this website. His glasses are fine… however, THEY STOLE/SOLD his debit card number. Our bank traced a fraudulent transaction back to them. I also ordered from them at the same time and ordered half rim rectangularish design frames, and the lenses were suspended with an inflexible clear scrunchie type band at the bottom. They were not cheap. I am not a rough person. I had one lens or the other pop out four times in under the year that I’ve had them, and this happened when I was cleaning my lenses with their lens cloth. Thirty minutes of my life and pinched fingers from trying to pop the lens back in has totally turned me off this website. Plus our information got stolen. That being said, order from Zenni, theyre cheaper, they have great customer service and they dont steal/sell your information.

Just an FYI for those wanting to order: the return process is very easy, but it takes a month for them to fully process the return and issue a refund. I felt it was a long time to wait for my money back.
