Definitely not easy peasy! I did this deal back in early October and it only gave me about 50 cents credit which is still pending so couldn’t take out if I want to. Not even close to the 14 days! I put in a ticket and they said they would research it and get back to me in 1 to 3 MONTHS. Google this company and there are a lot of complaints.
Just checked my account and looks like the ticket helped as now it is showing the full amount as pending. However I still cannot get my money until pending turns to payable. Site says estimated payable in 14 WEEKS not days. Overall bigger headache than it is worth.

True. I have experienced the same. After lots of chasing I got my money back after close to 2 months.

I hands down definitely like ebates better as far as “the money being there.” I too have had to submit tickets and wait and wait. The money does come but it pales in comparison to ebates. I am still waiting for my December purchases to “come thru” as it is a waiting game with the store.

I love toipcashback, it gives much better than ebates or plenti marketplace points. If you don’t see your points within 7 days, open a claim, its easy. I get money on time, but of course 14 weeks pending is too much! I bought free lego for $9.99 as a new member about a year ago, and got money within couple weeks and a bonus as well. 🙂 It always give way more than ebeats.
I had a bad experience with Top Cash Back as well. I ended up returning the items. This was 1-2 years ago. I might try again, but I’m hesitant.
I just received my cash back yesterday from a September purchase. This was after contacting customer service three times and waiting patiently as they asked. I won’t use them again, too sketchy and too many bad complaints when I researched them. I’m happy for others who’ve not had issues. A smooth transaction is always nice!
