Hello, there are actually 3 separate Red Plum coupon inserts this week (1/7) The garnier coupon should be found in the second 1/7 RP insert. I hope this helps.
The coupons are regional, as are the ads. The Tulsa area didn’t get the Bic razor, the Snuggle or the Garnier Fructis coupons. Sad and frustrating. I try to compare the H2S deals with my ads before I shop.
