  Nope. Got charged too. Received tracking that has said shipping label created and has not been updated since November. I’m having to place a dispute with my credit card after multiple attempts to contact tillys customer service with absolute air silence. Pretty unbelievable.

   Well,my first time here & saw the Converse tennis shoes at a good price but decided to read the comments & sounds I’m not going to have a pleasant shopping experience so think l will forget the shoes unless I see something that I just can’t live without, that’s going to make it worth the trouble I might experience…Oh well.

   I don’t know why Hip2Save continues to plug this site. I didn’t get any of my orders. They showed in stock when I bought my items, but then my order never arrived. Not a single email from them either. I had to pursue them to find out what happened. It took a long time and multiple contacts to get a single response and no apology. Their customer service is horrible and if you do a web search you’ll find terrible, terrible reviews. Even young people have totally given up on them. This company has been like this for years and they are a lost cause. Why waste peoples time Hip2Save? I have kids and I don’t have time for this kind of nonsense. I have little money and I don’t want to tie it up in orders that never arrive. I miss other opportunities!

   I ordered in November, was charged for shoes, and received nothing after contacting them. Please don’t order from this company. Hip2Save please stop advertising this company because as you can see above they are taking our money instead of “Hip2saving” it!!

   Me too. I had a pair of shoes ordered from them back in November. They charged my Paypal account but never shipped the shoes. Never heard anything back from them about this.
