If you have an IKEA nearby and are in the market for some new furniture, you may want to consider taking your hungry family with you! January 13th through the 15th only, participating IKEA stores will deduct your ENTIRE restaurant bill when you purchase $100 or more in home furnishings!

Here’s what you’ll need to do:

  1. Purchase your meal in the IKEA Restaurant
  2. Receive a coupon with your receipt
  3. Present your IKEA Family Card to store cashier
  4. Give your coupon and receipt to the check-out cashier and receive the total amount of your meal deducted from your purchase of $100 or more!

*Offer valid for existing and new IKEA Family members only. Limit one restaurant receipt per store discount. Home furnishings purchase must be made the same day as the restaurant purchase. Not valid on IKEA Gift Card purchases. Offer not valid at IKEA Stoughton, IKEA Carson, IKEA Columbus and IKEA New Haven.

Of course the only two near by are not participating. Any other deals at ikea I really need to head over there and spend 300-500 bucks 😭😭😭 would have been nice to eat for free lol 😆

      Oh bummer! 🙁

    • Anna

      There’s a $25 off $150 coupon valid jan 27-28

I’m going to have to tell my friend with 6 kids. That might be a great deal for them!

  3. Hipsaver

How do we know if our ikea is participating or not ? Also what all are considered home furnishings ??

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Hi there! You could always call in to your store to be certain before you head out!

    • Me

In the past, home furnishings have included everything from the “big” part of the store- nothing from the cafe (food section outside of the registers) or the restaurant.

darn! I just bought a hemnes shoe storage there 2 weeks ago and I had asked if they were running this promo anytime soon. And we had lunch there 😆

Thanks! We’re planning a trip on Monday. Finally spending my Christmas gift card 🙂

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

      Perfect!! You’re welcome!

  6. Jill

This is a great deal. We had a smorgasbord there! 🤣

    • Valerie

Were you able to purchase more than one meal on a single receipt and have the whole receipt deducted from your purchase? Like could i feed 2 adults and 2 kids and have it all deducted from my purchase, if it’s on one receipt?

      • Me

Get it all on one receipt. There seems to be no $ limit to the amount of food purchase.

I regularly take several people when we do this deal. Extended family too! Makes a great afternoon get-together if you already have some ikea shopping in mind.

        • Valerie

          Thanks for the info!

It’s says “meal”… how can we tell if it actually does not limit it to just one actual “meal”?

    • Valerie

Like, is it good for just one entree (meal) or can i buy multiple entrees for my family on one receipt and have it ALL deducted from my purchase?

    • cassandane

It’s whatever your group/family purchases on one receipt, not one single entree. We go w 2 adults & 3 kids. Sometimes the grandparents meet us for dinner too. Throw in a few extra chocolate bars and some applesauce pouches for school lunches!

      • valerie

        Thank you!! 🙂

      • Jane

I think this is a very generous deal IKEA puts out. Unfortunately if people take advantage, for example, “throw in a few Extra chocolate bars and some applesauce pouches for school lunches!” It will probably go away. Don’t abuse the deal people! Gees!

It is the 13th through the 15th, not and. Thanks. “Offer valid Saturday, January 13 through Monday, January 15, 2018 only at participating IKEA stores.”

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Thanks for the heads up! I am seeing that now as well!
