    I just signed up 10 days ago and I’m down 5lbs!!! AND I don’t feel like I’m starving. I’m learning how to fill up on the right foods with the right nutrition for my body and making better choices. On average weight watcher says people lose 1-2lbs a week. I’m sure I’ll plateau, since I only just started. But I also know I didn’t get overweight in a month. It takes time to gain and it will take time to loose it and learn to eat right.

    Those who are doing this, do you suggest online membership or is it better to do the weekly weigh in/meetings?

      I signed up last week and lost 3 lbs. Am very impressed with the plan. It was not easy but that’s because I have terrible eating habits and it’s going to take some time to clean up my diet. If I had the money I would pay for the meetings. Currently I am online only and the app has an awesome “connect” group, they’re very positive and encouraging. Am more than satisfied with online but would definitely recommend the meetings.

      Shelly, I’ve done both ways but for me, meetings are a must. I lost 50 lbs over 10 years ago and kept it off until the past 2 years. I tried online on and off with very little success over the last couple of years. Recently got serious and went back to meetings. I need the appt. with the scale and the encouragement and ideas from others. Already feeling back to myself!!
      Good luck which ever you choose.

    WW is so worth it! I have lost over 60 pounds and now am working towards lifetime. I feel like the meetings are what keep me going, but I know it isn’t always easy for everyone.
