Does anyone know if the portions are their regular size or if they’re β€˜lunch’ sized?

    • Kalee

Regular sized portions. I did this deal last week. It’s a ton of food for the price! I had a bowl of chicken gnocchi, breadsticks, and a vegetable Piadina.

      • Jessica

I agree, I was surprised at the size. I got the meatball breadstick sandwich (included fries) a full size salad, and 2 breadsticks. Ate the sandwich for lunch and salad for dinner πŸ™‚ 2 meals for the price of one!

    • Jenny

The only thing listed that will be β€˜lunch’ size is the spaghetti and meat sauce. It’s similar to a kids portion.

    • Jenny

I work Olive Garden togos πŸ˜‰

    • Dani

The spaghetti was much smaller than the regular size. But the salad was big.

  6. patsy

    Is this only for togo

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Hi Patsy! It only applies for catering and To Go orders.

  7. Sarah

If you plan to take advantage of this, PLEASE TIP WELL. I am a former OG server and it was not abnormal for people to come in for these lunch specials, run the server with 2-3 drink refills, 2-3 bowl refills and 4 bread refills and walk out leaving a $1 trip.

    • Daniela

      This special is β€œto go”.

      • ana

Here goes the tip thing again…

        • *Angela-Miles*

          Lol!

    • Scooter

      At least you got a $1 tip…

I worked as a server at a restaurant that was 1/2 off everything everyday…I got terrible tips compared to you at Olive garden

  8. Sandy

Yum looks good I have never tried togo thanks! Do you have to tip for togo?

    • ana

You don’t have to, but if you have someone who does a good job and is kind I would.

  9. Jamie

Can anyone explain what Togo is? I would assume it’s an order you take out to go, but yet the description makes it sound like a sit down meal.

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Yes, it is for a catering Or To Go order. πŸ™‚

  10. LC

    yum- this is lunch today!

  11. Jennlk84

While i am not a server I have read many comments in the past from servers on these types of posts (surprised noone has chimed in on this post yet.) The answer is yes, you should tip on to go. Typically the servers that take care of to go orders are being paid as if they’re being tipped. Hope this helps.

Is the salad made from Romaine lettuce? They are saying to avoid Romaine right now due to e-coli that can’t be removed by washing.

    • Happypeople

No it iceberg lettuce…Hope this helps

  13. MrsK

That looks good to me. πŸ™‚
