Need some new ideas for dinner?!

Martha & Marley Spoon (a collaboration with Martha Stewart) offers meal kits with recipes of your choice and the fresh, pre-portioned ingredients you need to cook shipped directly to you. These kits are designed to make cooking a fresh meal something you can enjoy any night of the week.

Even sweeter, Hip2Save readers can currently score $30 off your first order when you head on over here and sign up for Martha & Marley Spoon! Just click on the Order Now button to get started.

First, select your plan. If you choose the two person plan for 2 meals per week, your total will be only $18 after the $30 credit. Need more? You can choose the four person plan for 2 meals per week and pay only $46 after the credit. Once you finish the sign up process, you can view and edit your menus.

How does it work?

Martha & Marley Spoon carefully packages all of the fresh ingredients into insulated liners & cold packs. Don’t worry about the delivery time, the chilled box keeps food fresh when you are not at home. Once you get home,  just transfer the contents of the box to the refrigerator and your ingredients will remain fresh for the week, so you can enjoy fresh meals when you want.

You’ll even have the chance to note your Dietary and Delivery Preferences, how many meals you’d like to cook each week (choose between 2-4 meals) and how many people you’re cooking for (choose between 2-4 people).

What’s the catch?

When you sign up for Martha & Marley Spoon, you’ll be automatically signed up for weekly meal delivery. Each week, Martha & Marley Spoon will create an order for you unless you have either requested a skip or canceled your account. Skips and edits must be received seven days prior to the scheduled delivery day.

There is NO commitment, NO Contract and your membership can be cancelled at any time.

Does SunBasket deliver to your area? They’re my favorite- Organic produce, wild caught fish, gluten free options, paleo options, vegitarian options. Here is $40 off your first order making 3 meals for 2 people only $32 delivered!

I got my box yesterday and made the seared steak and crispy potatoes for dinner tonight. It was delicious! And very clear and easy to follow, which is good because I am not a cook! Absolutely worth the price with the discount. Bonus, it was also really easy to cancel online.

This one doesn’t deliver to our area but we have enjoyed trying Hello Fresh and Gobble. Of the 2, Gobble is our favorite. The meals only take 15 minutes and one pan and they are like a special date night for my husband and me!

Here is a link for a FREE dinner kit from Gobble!

We haven’t tried this one, but my hubby and I both have really loved Hello Fresh. Pretty much everything we’ve tried has been really tasty!! If anyone would like to try Hello Fresh for $19.99 for 6 meals (3 meals x 2 people), please consider using my promo code LHROMA. Happy Eating!!

Has anyone tried this and cancelled after the initial order? I’m worried about trying since you have to cancel 7 days in advance and since it’s a weekly delivery if I don’t like the first one I’m going to get charged for the next delivery because I won’t have time to cancel.

    • Lauren

You can cancel online and it’s really easy. I just did it on Saturday. I just remembered to do it as soon as I received the first delivery. You have the option to freeze the account and stop deliveries for now, or you can deactivate altogether. I deactivated but the first meal was so great, if they offered me another promo, I would reactivate.
