   I would be very careful when ordering with this company. Placed a order in November for the aprons not only did they cancel my order charged my credit card twice for items I never received. Just got it off my card took a lot of calls and time to fix it. Hope this don’t happen to anyone else.

  Buyer beware from WS indeed. I’ve always loved their products but my experience with the aprons and towels in November seemed shady. Took me a long time to get my money back. They said they would mail me a gift card but never did.

  That just happened to me with Oriental Trading Company! Charged me twice for an order that they cancelled!

   Be aware that everything will have expiration stickers around may 2018 so you can’t put in the gift closet even if much of this would survive the wait til Xmas 2018!

   I experienced the same issue with them charging me twice. WS was no help whatsoever and it took until a few weeks ago to get it refunded.

   wow, i wonder if williams-sonoma has made itself the kind of reputation that you don’t want to business with them sad, they used to be reputable. the store and the online part are separate so i hear.
