I can never get these. I always get a pop up window asking to choose a college & then takes me to a whole different page. Am I the only one this happens to?

I tried to get one of these magazines but still waiting on it 4 months later with the only explanation from Mercury Magazines is that I may not have been approved by publisher. That’s a new one on me.
