Just a heads up about Reebok online. I ordered this same deal in December and Received 1 pair of sneakers. The first customer rep I spoke with seemed super dishonest and odd, tried to reassure me the pair were on the way. They weren’t, never came. Called 3 days later, they acknowledged they don’t know what happened and because they charge for your first pair of shoes and the second is free (vs splitting the amount between two pairs) they said I received the ones I payed for so they weren’t going to reimburse me. Fortunately, I figured out that I received the free pair, so they ended up refunding me the whole amount. The whole situation was bizarre. I won’t be ordering from them again. But this could have been a totally isolated incident.

This happened to me also! They cancelled the second pair and never told me, talked to costumer service but they never ended up refunding me anything! Won’t ever buy anything from them again.

Oh wow that’s crazy I ordered twice received all four pairs of shoes at the bogo and 2 pairs didn’t fit I called and I was able to ship them back free and I got my money back even though I had a good experience still makes me think twice about trying my luck my boys need shoes and I now know what size they need in Reebok they are a very good quality shoe I bought two pair for my baby we are usually a stride rite family but my husband has been impressed with the quality of them !!!
I just ordered 2 pair the other day. I was able to find a pair of toddler shoes for my son in the outlet site for $24.97. I ordered these and the next size up. I got both pairs shipped with free expedited shipping for $26 and change. Both pairs arrived the next day on my doorstep. I’ve ordered from Reebok before and have never had any problems.
I ordered from their site last year and bought shoes ahead for my daughter. She’s wearing them now and I’m very happy with how they’ve worn. She says they’re comfy too. I was very happy with my purchase & the quality, especially for the price I paid.
I used to buy my boys’ sneakers at Payless but their quality has gone so downhill… Now I try to “stock up” when I see deals like this on H2S, and buy a pair to save for when their current shoes wear out. I have bought from Joe’s New Balance, Reebok, and Puma with success. I find that if I don’t have a pair in the closet waiting, I don’t have enough time to order online and end up going back to Payless. Grrrr…. My twin boys are 6 and my oldest boy is 8 and I try not to pay more than $20 per pair of their shoes, buying from the retailers I listed (when I plan ahead!)
