I had the same problem. My coupon code wouldn’t work for me, either. 😞 It would show that I got the ‘free gift’, but it wouldn’t deduct the price and make it free. Eventually, the code would just disappear and not show Anything. Don’t know if that was because I put the wrong kind of panties at first, and then changed it, or what?

The panty code will not work with code FIFTY. Tried it multiple times and ways 1/26 @ 4:20 CST and it seems the glitch has been fixed because it was working prior to 3:00am when I decided to keep browsing.
Not all panty styles qualify and that may be why so many are have trouble. I tried to get the shorty style like was pictured on the model. It is a little misleading that the style on the model is not included, those are my favorite. Click through the link in the email and it will take you to the page of the ones included. I found a womens t-shirt for $3.48 after code fifty and got the free panty.
My code worked this morning after clicking through the email. I wish it applied to all styles! But I still got a pair of undies and a shirt for my boy for $6 shipped after stacking it with the fifty code. Not bad!

Thanks so much for the tip to click through email. I tried last night and it wouldn’t work because I didn’t click through email and just entered code at checkout. I still had last night’s panties in cart and when I added the ones from clicking through, they had the same item code but different picture (the one that worked had a model in picture vs just the panties). At least it worked now! Combined with mens athletic socks on clearance and FIFTY code.
