Have you purchased Roundup Concentrate products before?

If you’ve purchased select varieties of Roundup Concentrate and/or Roundup Super Concentrate products in or around late 2014, you may be entitled to receive $11-$53 per qualified purchase (limit 20 units per household) – and no proof of purchase is required!

For each unit of the Roundup product that was purchased, there will be a standardized payment of one-half the average retail price as shown above. Be sure to read the instructions carefully, fill out the Claim Form and submit your form no later than March 6th, 2018.

Wondering what this settlement is about? The lawsuit alleges that Monsanto advertised these Roundup products as making more spray solution than the products were capable of making.

Vinegar hasn’t worked for me. Do you have any other ideas?

        • Kelly A.

Pulling them by hand. Yard work and gardening is good for the soul. 🙂

          • Sophie

Wish that was true. All I get is sore hands, knees, and back from pulling weeds.

      • Molly

I’m gonna sound like a tree hugging hippie for a minute lol… However, most “weeds” are truly beneficial and doing their job for our environment. Some “weeds” are edible and useful in making medical items. Dandelions and plantains are to of the most common found just about evrywhere. I know, we as a society think they are ugly and need to be eliminated so our yards are beautiful. My hope is that more people can start to understand and appreciate their benefits and importance! And stop saying poison on these amazing “weeds”!! 🌱🌻

just an FYI, when I was reading the details it said that the “makes xx gallons” was removed from labels in late 2014 so don’t put too late of a date on the form or you might miss the dates.

  8. Megan T.

Oh my goodness! this is great because that stuff didn’t work at all!!! we bought it twice in the same year. so not happy. but to be able to guess the dates in 2014?? idk that was a shot in the dark

  9. Kristin

Please, please, please… STOP BUYING THIS POISON!

  10. Emily

I can’t believe people still buy this stuff, please everyone find a better way and stop spraying Monsanto’s poison all over our earth! 🌎

  11. Jess

If you look under the FAQ, “How do I know if I am part of this settlement”, look at Appendix 1. It shows the dates for each state.
    During the Class Period

In California – on or after October 13, 2012
In Other States – on or after April 5 of the relevant year, as determined by the statute of limitations applicable in your State (Appendix 1)
