   I did this the last time Macys had a deal with this line and a rebate. However, the shipping/delivery was delayed past the time when you could submit for the rebate. I still have not received my product and the rebate states that paperwork must be submitted within 30 days of ordering. Did anyone else have this issue?

  I am having an issue as well. I ordered the wok the last time they had this sale back a few weeks ago and when I received my email confirmation it had an expected ship date of Feb 16th!!
  I called customer service and they said it was correct. I was told the rebate would still be good because it goes by order date ….not ship date.

  Oh darn! Sorry to hear shipping has taken so long! Maybe try calling the Rebate Center, as they may have further details on how to submit your rebate – 877-829-8584. Hope that helps!

   I think u should call customer service. I also did this deal last year & came with no issues. Macy’s emailed me with tracking numbers as to when will I get my items and rebates back. Hope you’ll get your items before deadline or at least get credited. Good luck!

  Quick Update – I confirmed the rebate restrictions – it is one rebate per item per household. So you can purchase the casserole with lid and the frying pan set and submit rebates for both items.

   I wasn’t too thrilled with the quality. It’s low end quality cookware IMO, thus the price. I think it’s better to pay a few more bucks n get better quality cookware.
