Very disappointed in Graco! Bought this carseat deal (in addition to the matching sit n’ stand which was also on sale) and the additional 20% for both items was reflected in my cart, my total, my payment, and order confirmation that was e-mailed to me. However, when I received my credit card statement, it was NOT applied. Essentially, they overcharged me by over $40! I spoke to two different customer service representatives this morning for over an hour and a half…They tried telling me the promo code was not stackable, then they said it was. After frustrating conversations, I was told their “board of finance” had to review my case and re-calculate my total, even though I told them the exact amount I was overcharged, including taxes. So please check your credit card statements! Graco said their technology is not “up-to-date” and made it seem like it is common practice for the computer to accept an invalid promo code…but then they reserve the right in their “terms and conditions” to adjust the total (without informing the customer)!
