Just be aware you may have to fight with the customer service team for your points. I did this deal a month ago never received my points( that’s the only reason why I bought online) called and was on the phone for over 20 min and the lady still can’t tell me when my points will show if they even will ahhh sooo frustrating!!!
Just as a heads up, I’d be weary of buying anything with an expiration date. Kmart sent me over one year old expired dandruff shampoo. It was free with points and don’t think shampoo expiration dates matter all that much. However when I did this 100% deal earlier they sent me vitamins that were 2 months expired. I called them and they refunded me. I also ordered a large bottle of ibuprofen that expires in 4 months. There is no way I will use it all by then. In stores the expiration dates are usually 1-2 years out. So my advice is don’t order any medical products from Kmart unless you know you will use them quickly and don’t have to worry about expiration dates.

I did this deal and stocked up on a bunch of children’s medicine and all the expirations are within 6 months, one expires this month and another one next month. Hoping I can exchange them without messing up the points.
I did the wipes deal a few weeks back and had all kinds of issues. I tried several different computers that would not allow me to log into my ( shop your way) account. I ended up placing the order on the phone, which was fine. When I got my points, I had to place another order via the phone since their site still was not working with my password. ( I even tried changing it) This order never arrived, even though I got a confirmation email. I called customer service and found that there had been some type of computer error…? They put me on hold off and on for a very long time until they finally got it re-ordered. Customer service is very nice… but something is up with this company. I love the deals, and I do get free items, but it’s a lot of work to track it all down. I have mixed feelings about doing their deals in the future if I have to spend a lot of time on the phone with them… I think it is a computer issue, since the people are so nice…

I did this deal last time and received my points with not problem and was able to use the points I received to place another. The second time I didn’t get points because I used points which I knew but I got $50 worth of wipes for $25 which was a great deal for me. Thank you.

I really do love Shop your way program. So many people have issues (and I do occasionally too) but I have always been successful in getting the kinks worked out with the help of customer service. I did the 100% back on the Smart sense products recently and ordered $50 worth of trash bags, foil, cling wrap, quart and sandwich bags and a cleaning brush. These were all needed products (over time) that will keep for a while. I then used the earned points to order a really nice grey $50 something electric blanket (king size) for my young adult daughter who complained about being cold here in South Florida (it was in the 30’s!!!) and needed this as we don’t use the heater on our a/c unit. Now I have the products that I will use AND the electric blanket that she needed with only $50+ out of pocket. Score!
