I have this set! I bought two sets a few years ago and love them. There are a lot of bowl sizes and plate sizes! But I find I use them all for certain occasions. Just beware – I bought two sets and one set is a slightly different color white than the other. Not a deal breaker but if you’re concerned, you might want to pick them up in person and pick out sets that match.

Ladies….are these plates and bowls heavy? I currently have a similar looking set but they weigh a ton. My 89yr old grandmother is moving in with us and I need to invest in a lighter weight set for her.
Corelle is light-weight but sturdy. We bought for similar reason. Not as cute but very functional.
They are pretty heavy. I have 2 sets, and I cannot lift all 12 of the large plates at once. If I remember correctly, the shipping boxes weighed 35 pounds each.
Corelle is the way to go and it does not break easy and will be great for your grandmother.My Dad loved his set I got him as he could handle it better as he had arthritis made it difficult to handle heavy dishes such as these. The corelle holds up very well as I have had mine 36 years and no chips cracks or breaks. Hope this helps you and enjoy your grandmother while you still have her.
