I purchased diamond stud earrings from them on Jan. 28 and they have yet to ship. Even worse, when I asked them about it via the live chat they said my order would ship the next day and it never did. So beware, don’t expect to actually receive anything by Valentine’s Day if your purchase is going to be as a gift! Just look them up online, there are many complaints where buyers received their orders after 1-2 months of placing them rather than the 1-3 business days of processing time + 2 day shipping they advertise. Lots of people’s Christmas gift orders arrived late even though their orders were placed under a ‘guaranteed delivery by Christmas’! Horrible company to buy from online!

Bought two of these at Christmas. One arrived discolored, looked like burn marks on the pendant. Ordered a third at a different price to replace the discolored one. When I took the discolored one into the store to return it, they could not tell me how much my refund would be, said I would have to wait until I received an email to find out. Never received email but refund to credit card was for the wrong amount. When I called to straighten it out, they tried to tell me they could only give me a Zales gift card for the difference. For a return of a damaged item! Uh.. no! I told them that was not acceptable, I wanted a full refund to my credit card. I did finally receive the full refund about a week later. My first and last purchase from Zales.

Fyi- their stores are closing locations. I was told Kays is absorbing them when I needed to get my bridal set repaired using Zales warranty. However, Kay’s can’t do warranty work yet, so I have to drive over an hour away to the only Zales left in my state if I want them to do the repair work to keep my warranty valid.
Mine broke after only using it once! The attachment that goes from the pendant to the chain broke. It will cost more to fix than what I paid for 😡. So I’m going to hobby lobby and see if I can find a replacement. Will give it to my daughter. Totally NOT what I was expecting

Yes I have to agree, much cheaper looking than expected BUT I did take it to another jeweler and he melted the metal and bought the stones and gave me cash for it towards something else I was buying in his shop, so it wasn’t a complete loss!
