    isn’t this for bulking?

Creatine helps muscles stay hydrated. It CAN technically make muscles seem puffy but that’s bc they’re actually hydrated (obv depending on how well you typically hydrate), but it’s main benefit is for increased muscle recovery from physical activity.

Hmm I don’t want to gain weight or be puffier! Lol

        • Desiree

That’s not what it does. You’re not visibly puffy. It sends water to your muscles to aid recovery. Without it you’ll just likely take longer to heal and feel sore more. But, do you.

My mistake, apparently there is info about its credits I wasn’t aware of.

Creatine is a nitrogenous organic acid that occurs naturally in vertebrates. Its main role is to facilitate recycling of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the energy currency of the cell, primarily in muscle and brain tissue. This is achieved by recycling adenosine diphosphate (ADP) to ATP via donation of phosphate groups. Creatine also acts as a pH buffer in tissues.

It helps gain muscle mass, not weight. It’s a staple for anyone that lifts weights.

Anyone know how quickly you can cancel a subscription after ordering that item?

    • Brie

As soon as it ships you can cancel. I always set my subscriptions to every 6 months so I have plenty of time to cancel 🙂

      • Desiree

Thank you! Just don’t want to goof it up!

        • Desiree

          Dang! It’s an add/on item. Guess I won’t be getting it >.<

          • Jennine

You can still get it as a S&S even if it says add on.
