I’m not sure about that, but if you have Alexa, you can order add on items like this without ordering $25 worth of other eligible stuff. I love being able to do that with ours 🙂

I just open the product page up on my phone and say “Alexa I want to place an order.” Then she’ll ask what I want to order and I’ll read the name straight off the screen. She’ll confirm the price which usually lets me know I said the correct thing. You have to have a credit card already linked to your Amazon account and I think you also need to have 1-click ordering set up with your general Amazon account as well. Before you order, I would also go to your Alexa app, click the 3 lines in the left top corner, click settings, and scroll down and click voice purchasing. You can put a voice code on it to help better control accidental purchases (having a kid order whatever they want whenever they want it). Hope that helps! After you order, it will show up in your Alexa app and you can again verify and should be able to cancel from there too.
I know all of what I said doesn’t really answer your question of doing it without the $25, but that’s just because it’s a perk. It automatically allows it through Alexa.
