The Melted Latex lip glosses are SUPER sticky and difficult to work with. I bought one and returned it with a quickness. It was just awful and generally I don’t have problems with their other lip products.

Word to the wise for anyone ever considering a toofaced purchase directly from their website- they are notorious for issues with their orders, especially during big sales. I made a big order the last big sale they did at the end of the year, took three weeks to receive part of my order (no tracking #), and for the stuff I didn’t get, I got charged anyway. When I asked customer service what was up (took forever to reach them), they confirmed that I wasn’t getting the rest of it and had I not said anything, I wouldn’t have gotten a refund. Saw some other girls on fb complain of the same issue. It was enough of a bad experience that I’ll never order from them again and I caution others on the same. I do like their stuff (though this lipgloss is very sticky) and will keep buying through Sephora. Sorry for my rant!

I had the exact same issue & vowed to never order from the toofaced.com website again. One of the items I ordered had sold out & they never emailed me to let me know that I wouldn’t be getting the item. They finally refunded me after I called & after holding onto my money for over a month. They have the worst communication of any company I’ve ever ordered from. Also it’s impossible to talk to anyone because you’re on hold forever.
Same as above.. NEVER GOT MY ALL OF MY ORDER 🙁 They didn’t even email me a cancellation notice but I don’t think I was charged thru paypal..I guess I should go check!
Also same as above it is bad business to leave your customers hanging and not send at least a cancellation email. I will not order with them again!
Yikes! Lots of issues sounds like. 👆I have recently fallen in love with Urban Decay Vice lipstick; if anyone knows how I can get a sale price or get it for a deal, I’d love to know!
Sign up for emails from Sephora, they have sales a couple times a year and something called Weekly Wows where they will have a major discount on a couple of products. They did one for those lipsticks last year. I think half price.
Certain colors go on sale fairly often on UD’s website. Sephora, Ulta, and Macy’s have all had deals with a lipstick + liner for around $15 recently.

Ditto ! Horrible customer service with Too Faced directly . Took three emails to finally get acknowledged and they reprocessed one order and never did receive my second order from them . Never received any cancellation emails either . Will not buy directly from them ever again and question buying from them period with such awful service even though I love the mascara .
I not only will never order from them but the experience made me not want to purchase there products from any store. If you want great makeup order Mac they have the best customer service and I always receive my shipment within 2-3 days
