I bought these last time H2S posted but I have not opened them yet since I am finishing up a bottle of a different brand. I admit, I did not read the reviews before I purchased. After reading the reviews just now, I am a bit afraid to try these because of the complaints of stomach problems with them. Note to self: real reviews first!
I’ve been taking this very probiotic for at least 6 months and find that they help me a LOT. The reviews of people with stomach issues are going to be true of any probiotic, where your gut needs to get balanced out. Yes when I started taking these I went through about a week of slight stomach issues, but I’ve had similar or worse issues for a long time already. Going into the 2nd week, I suddenly started to feel “good” for once and my stomach issues are nearly gone.

Iāve been taking these since they were on H2S in Dec. Iļø did not experience and stomach issues. I think they have helped my gut.

Perfect timing. I just ran out of mine today. I bought these last time they were super cheap and have really liked them compared to others I had bought at Costco. I felt they have helped my gut and keep me regular. You have to take them daily. If you stop and start it doesnāt work as well.

Thereās defiantly a difference between stomach discomfort and chronic GI conditions. As a subject matter expert in chronic GI conditions, I will share that these have really helped me…and they donāt break the bank. š

I bought these the last time they were on sale like this, not really expecting much from probiotics that you donāt have to refrigerate.. They work great!! My system definitely runs better when I take these daily.
