Do not buy these. I bought 2 different pairs. The first lasted about 6 months and the second pair didn’t even last 3 months. They just died and won’t charge now. They were great when they worked but are a waste since they do not last.
I’ve had mine for over a year now and have never had an issue, they’re great headphones in my opinion! If you contact apple hopefully they’ll stand behind their product 🙁

I own three pairs of Beats. Dropped one set
in water accidentally and ruined them and I called customer service to inquire about costs to repair. I was sent a replacement pair even though the damage was my fault! Customer service was great. I encourage you to call and see if they can help! They even expedited the replacement and I got them two days later.
Apple does stand behind their product. The warranty is for a year. Anything happens and they replace it. After a year, they give you an option to send you the same model for $99 + shipping. Keep in mind that the replacement only has a 3 month warranty. Walmart was selling them brand new for $99 yesterday. Not sure if this special is still going on.
