We have lots of Green Toys and only had very small mold issue on one that was left outside and in the pool all summer. But most Green Toys can come apart and be thoroughly washed on the inside and run through the dishwasher. The toy we had cleaned up great, and looks as good as new (not even faded from being in the sun all summer). They are my favorite brand of toys as a Momma with 2 boys — they are so sturdy and stay looking very nice.
