Sent from reader, Kylie:

Hi there! I just wanted to share a project I did for my children with deals and resources I found from Hip2Save. My girls LOVE to help their daddy with projects around the house. So when I found these Junior tool sets from Walmart on clearance for $5 I knew they would be perfect for them. I was not going to give them the tools until I found somewhere for them to store them otherwise I knew they would just get lost all throughout the house.

I went to Dollar Tree looking for some of the items that Hip2Save posted about and I found these toolboxes for just $1 that match our new tool sets perfectly! (They are really nice and super durable.)

And I recently purchased a Cricut thanks to the discount codes that Hip2Save posts for readers. I happened to have the perfect color for the toolboxes and Lina’s posted projects inspired me to go for it.

This is one of my first projects and it was SO fun and easy! My girls even helped me decorate the boxes.
I am even considering stocking up on these boxes and making them as party favors for a construction themed birthday party for my son!
Thank you Hip2Save for sharing your creative ideas and money saving inspiration!

Very cool! I used to do this with my nephews tackle boxes. Well, more of a concept of putting stickers a pre-teen likes (think stickers on a skateboard). I would get surf stickers from local shops for super cheap, and I would let him grab whatever he wanted from my collection.

So cute! Anyone have idea for fingernail polish holders? We have probably 100 colors.

The ikea spice racks would be good if you want to hang on the wall.

I got a nail polish holder box at ULTA a year ago. It was only $10 and had several sections. I just decorated it and store the polishes in it by color. You might check the store if you have one..don’t know if they still carry them
