We actually just broke cracked 2 screens this past month nearing the end of their 2 year warranty, ugh little sisters. But they are super easy to get replaced. Just a quick chat with the service department, send it in, and viola! shipped to your door!

Our iPad is on he verge of dying and Iâve been waiting for a deal. My biggest hold up is several reviews say there is no YouTube kids on the kids profile. Has anyone successfully added it?
I really regret buying four of these tablets for my kids. They are total junk! After only six months, one wonât turn on at all and one must stay plugged in to use. For the two that still work: Itâs a never ending struggle to get apps to update properly or get freetime profiles to function as advertised. I wish I had just saved my money and gotten another iPad instead!

This tablet was great for a week. Just a heads up! The first one was delivered and when we turned it on the screen itself was fine but it looked cracked from the inside. Amazon was super awesome and shipped a replacement quickly but it happened again a week later to the new one, it was never rough houses with although it did fall off the couch onto our carpet floor but if it was caused by that than it is not going to hold up well to kids.
Does the unlimited start when you get the tablet or when you activate it…..want to buy it for bday but bday it’s not until July…..

Does anyone know if the Disney movie app works on these? And does it work when it is not connected to wifi?
These tablets are great!! I just upgraded my own to a new version after 4 years. My son has the kids bundle we got for him Black Friday 2016. Itâs worked great for him, the plug port became loose and the cord wouldnât stay in to charge. Customer services was amazing. Instead of sending it in they were able to send me a new tablet and a prepaid label to send the other one back. Easy transfer. An inexpensive tablet that works great for my 8 yr old.
