why do we have to jump thru so many hoops to print this coupon!! I don’t know if I trust the download or not.
In order to print the coupon, the company wanted me to install a coupon printer. I took a pass. A coupon should just be available to print if it’s truly a “free” offer. When you install printers, they capture your IP address and often track your purchasing habits &/or sell your IP address out to other marketers who then start sending you unsolicited offers. Free sometimes comes with a price so just be cautious.
I only see 4 locations in one state (not mine), so why is that not being mentioned in the post? I would not have printed but who doesn’t need free dog food? I jumped through hoops to print and for what? A coupon I can’t even use?
Did you put in your zipcode in the store locater? I found Jewel Foods in my area etc…
I did and the only state I see that this coupon is good for is in Kansas. Are you in Kansas, by chance? I am dumbfounded by the post not mentioning the few locations in Kansas showing on the store locator link. Most of us will not be from Kansas, but I’m glad some people could get it. Who doesn’t need free dog food? How about people that don’t want to upset their dogs digestive tracts for one, unless you’re planning on switching, feeding whatever’s cheapest or free is not going to do any good in the long run.

Hi Donna! There is a coupon printer it prompts you to install. Did you do that step already? If so you might try in a different browser. Hopefully you’ll be able to get it!
It’s sold at giant Eagle grocery stores only in my area unfortunately this store doesn’t allow for free items with coupons darn. Thank you anyway

Looks like the Von’s and Smart & Final stores (I don’t usually go to) should carry it near me in California. I’ll give it a go within the week and see if I can find it. I uninstalled the printer program as soon as I printed (which they show you how to do in their FAQ). They do have a few more coupons on their site for dollars off if anyone is interested. Hope I can eventually score a bag after all the effort.

Updating that I was able to redeem this coupon today at Von’s that I printed (one) but not after holding up the grocery line, having the manager come over to approve it and feeling like a criminal from the check out clerk, lol. The manager said he would allow the free item this time but said they don’t normally allow printed coupons like that at Von’s. Good to know. I did plead my case to him that I had to install software on my computer and that it was a pain to print so maybe that did it. He was nice to let me use it though. Jumped through the hoops like a dog! woof!

Pure rubbish! Apparently the nearest store to me that carries this brand of pet food is in the state of Kansas. I live in Tennessee. This coupon expires in a week from now. I’ll pass! 🙁
It seems to be defaulting to Kansas locations, but if you use the store locator (blue button) it will show you locations near you.
Holly, I have used the store locator blue button and the only place it shows is all the Kansas locations. Even went to their Facebook page and tried the store locator on there and it only has the Kansas area. I am pretty disappointed in this process.
I had to click on the blue “My Location” button. Typing in my address or zip code didn’t work.

We printed 2 coupons with different codes since there are 2 different emails and the coupon codes are the same. Will this be a problem?

I’m glad I decided not to print if they’re gone. When I click the link they sent me in my email to download the coupon, my computer protection software popped up and said there was an extreme security risk with the site.
