Hello! I’m curious why the target coupons will ring up 1.74/1 instead of $2/1 when the price is $2.99? You lose .26 each time you use one. Can’t you ask them to put it back to $2 since it won’t create overage?

I took the (4) $2/1 coupons to Target last night and couldn’t understand why the register only took off 1.74. I was outside when I looked at my receipt because my total was $5.16 and I got the $5 GC. Then I noticed the coupon deduction was only 1.74 and I had checked out at Customer Service (thankfully) so I turned around and went back. I showed her the receipt and asked why it did that. She couldn’t figure it out and refunded me $1.17, which was the difference between what it should have been if the coupon took off $2, and using my RedCard.
I tried the deal at target this morning and it wouldn’t give the giftcard after scanning four garnier fructis product. The clerk was nice enough to check the deal on the flyer but I am guessing something in their system stopped working. The ad does say $3.49 – $11.99 so maybe since it rang up at $2.99, it didn’t qualify?
This happened to me yesterday at my Target. They weren’t sure why it didn’t offer the gift card, so the clerk took $5 off my total instead. Even better!
How do you get 4 of the $2/1 coupons. It will only let me print 2. I’m trying to get better about couponing.
You need two devices to print from. If you have a WiFi printer you can print two from your phone, iPad, laptop etc and you can print two from a desktop computer.
not really a fan for using so many coupons as i am having trouble just using 1 lol
