Have it – Love it! Best coffee ever! If in your budget and you are a coffee lover, it will not disappoint, and it is very easy to use. (fill beans in hopper on top and fill water in compartment in back) 1. Hold handle and place cup under grinder (a gentle push makes bean grinder turn on or off) 2. Use tamper to compress freshly ground coffee (I don’t take it out of magnetic hanger when I use it…EASY!) 3. place cup in receiver (push up and half turn of handle) and place coffee cup underneath 4. press brew button (I always press double shot/picture of two coffee cups, then again a few seconds later when “espresso” stops running into the coffee cup. DONE!

I use a little flavored creamer and a little milk – I usually microwave my cup for a minute, but there is a “milk frother” on the right side of the machine that will heat your milk with HOT STEAM (looks like a metal straw), but the microwave is quicker and leaves less to clean.

Gave this to my husband for Christmas and he loves it! It’s super easy to use and produces amazing espresso. And, another bonus is we no longer buy coffee at espresso stands. So, we’re spending less on coffee each month. Highly recommend!

The milk frother is the BEST part! It’s easy to use and makes the best coffee! This price is fantastic!!

I purchased mine 6 years ago from Bed bath & Beyond. Used a coupon & it was still over $500. Excellent machine & excellent price! No problems yet. When we moved to LA we developed that $5/day latte habit at the café on our block so espresso maker paid for itself in less than 3 months. Lol. Highly recommend!

I bought this one a few months ago at BB&B (Price matched Amazon at $550 or so) and love it so far!
Easy to use and not too much of a hassle to keep clean.
My family loves iced lattes (“yikes” to the cost associated with that!!) and the ones I make at home now are just about as good as Starbucks’ AND I save money in the end. Plus, we can have them whenever we want without leaving the house 🙂
Definitely worth it if you have a very frequent tentancy to visit coffee shops.
