  Actually, the reviews are mixed. Some said that they ordered and the prints were blurry but Jane seemed to be on it right away to replace or refund them. With anything you buy things can happen. I ordered a 16×20 print at shutterfly that turned out very blurry but most of the time my orders are good quality that I get from them.
  Also, it’s only fair to state that more people (according the the star rating) were happy with their prints than than were not. So, this is not entirely true.
