The honey scented one is fantastic! I can’t wait to stock up!

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

I like that one too Wiannie! 😉

I did this deal on Tuesday, worked great! I always get the honey version of this. It is amazing, it smells good and for a very cheap shampoo/conditioner it does a great job. I have highlighted hair so I have some damage. The other ones are ok but the honey is my favorite. I was bummed that my Walgreen’s didn’t have the new Maple one because I think it must smell really good and I wanted to try it out.

How many times can I do this deal? I already used it for 2 bottles but would like to go back for 2 more.

    • Kay will

      I’m wondering the same^^

    • Mya

Depends on what the coupon limit per day. Mine states 4 coupon per day. I can get 8 bottles to stock up.

    • Raman

I was wondering the same thing. I did this deal once. Am I able to do it again. The digital coupon says, “Limit: 1 coupon per product. Inventory for participating product(s) may vary in store and online. Coupon may only be redeemed once, and is only valid when used with your Balance® Rewards membership. If you received the same coupon by mail, you can redeem either the digital or paper version – but not both. ”
Does anyone know if this means I cannot do this deal again? Would love to do it again if possible!

You can’t use the digital coupon again, but if you use the one from the savings book you’ll be able to grab this deal again.

I didn’t like the olive oil . It makes my hair greasy.

Does the $2 garnier mq really work on whole blends- im pretty sure my walgreens will give me crap if it doesnt say “whole blends”

    • Holly (Hip2Save Sidekick)

The coupon is for ANY Garnier Shampoo, Conditioner, or Treatment and doesn’t exclude the Whole Blends so should work just fine! 🙂

    • hip2trade

I used them at CVS on the whole blends. They didn’t want to work but the guy made them work somehow. I told him I would get the regular garnier but he said no and that I should get the ones I had because that’s what I want. Anyway the coupons say ANY garnier even though a lot of cashiers tend to look at the pictures and insist that’s what you should be getting.

    Heck yes

When I did this earlier in the week, only one of the printed MF coupons would scan, and the digital coupon scanned as well. So I ended up paying 3.50 OOP. Is there any trick to getting the secound MF coupon to scan the $2.00 off? I might just have to try it again.

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Hmm, were you able to check with customer service?

    • Sarai

I had the same issue as you Sandy, I was only able to use both MF coupon and the digital on one item only at CVS so I ended up buying just the conditioner and paid $0.99 + tax. It would’ve been $0.50 if I had gotten the 2/$7 deal but since I paid for just one it came out to $3.99 each instead of $3.50. I figured I had done something wrong since I’m new at this couponing thing 🙁

This Garnier printed coupon actually is coded just for Fructis so it WILL give problems at the register on the Whole Blends.

  9. sturgissaver

I tried this two different stores. Both times it would only take one printed $2/1 coupon for two shampoos. I finally just voided the order and left.

    • Brenda

Same here! I went to Walgreens this morning and they would only take one of the $2/1 coupons. Maybe its a regional thing? I live in California.

    • Ashley

I’m in Arizona, It only took one $2/1 coupon for me, the cashier manually put in the second.

    • AJ

Same thing in Florida….second coupon didn’t take. Has happened to me before with Garnier products. Other coupons for other products went through just fine.

  10. Dawn

The reason it’sOnly taking one coupon is because on the actual coupon it says one coupon per transaction

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Hi Dawn! I actually find the details on that printable coupon to list “no more than four coupons per household, per day” – “limit one per purchase” – which means you would just need to have one coupon per qualifying items being purchased. Hoping that helps!

  11. Karyn Davis

Are the coupons available anymore for the Garnier shampoo? It does not populate.

    • Holly (Hip2Save Sidekick)

      No 🙁

  12. smileygrace

Can we pair this with the Saving Star deal? Also all the Walgreens by me will only take one of the same coupon per transaction. They don’t care what else it says. All the cashiers look at the coupons with a fine tooth comb specifically looking for that wording so they can reject it. The owner or manager must teach them this.
